This Downtown Vancouver Boot Camp for men and women, and is designed to be fun, yet challenging enough to blast away fat and give you some serious definition, so grab some friends and join up now!

Our Cardio Kickboxing Boot Camp is no ordinary boot camp however. We integrate the fun and intensity of kickboxing into every class to keep you butt kicking all boot camp long! In each cardio kickboxing boot camp will have you doing Kicking and Punching using our focus mitts and boxing gloves, stretches, calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, and flutter kicks), military style drills, strength workouts, running drills, obstacle course and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.

We try to make our Vancouver boot camp fun and challenging at the same time. The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it. By the end of the 4-week program you will feel great and have made new friends who will have gone through the same body changing experience you have. You don’t have to be in shape to come to Boot Camp – getting you in shape is our job!
