Eric is a graduate of Laurentian University in Sudbury Ontario with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology. He has trained beginners to national level athletes and is ready to create a workout that is perfect for you. Areas of expertise include traditional strength training, sport specific, functional fitness, kettlebells or cardio. During off time Eric enjoys hiking, mountain biking, badminton, squash, martial arts and anything else he has an opportunity to try.
