<p>Since graduation, he has been working with clients in: personal training; rehabilitation and high performance sport conditioning.</p>
<p>Andrew is currently a 3rd degree black belt in Karate. Before his ACL injury, he himself was a National Team Member competing at Pan American and World competitions. He lived in Japan for over a year, where he trained at the origins of his Martial Art. While rehabbing his knee, a lot of his time was spent educating himself. His next goal is to finish writing a book geared around Martial Arts and Sport Conditioning. Certifications : BHK, RK, SCS, NCCP-Level 2</p>

<p>In each cardio kickboxing boot camp will have you doing Kicking and Punching using our focus mitts and boxing gloves, stretches, fitness calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, and flutter kicks), military style fitness drills, strength workouts, running drills, obstacle course and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.
