He lived in Japan for over a year, where he trained at the origins of his Martial Art. While rehabbing his knee, a lot of his time was spent educating himself. <p>In each cardio kickboxing boot camp will have you doing Kicking and Punching using our focus mitts and boxing gloves, stretches, fitness calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, and flutter kicks), military style fitness drills, strength workouts, running drills, obstacle course and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.
